I first visited Turkey in 2002 and expected to see a 'developing' country but was impressed with the modern lifestyle. I also loved the weather and the scenic mountains and valleys of the Antalya region. I can remember sunbathing on my birthday in January (I'm 49, every year!) at about midday and thinking to myself 'Maybe I could live here...'
By mid 2003 I was thinking about the property market in Turkey and decided to return to Antalya and look for a potential base of operations along the Mediterranean coast. I decided that Alanya had the best to offer in terms of value, growth and facilities.
I had been living in England for many years and my wife and I decided to try warmer climates and ended up in Alanya and set up a Real Estate business called "Invest Now Turkey". The first year was spent with the objective of:
- Becoming familiar with how things work in Alanya and Turkey
- Finding reliable staff fluent in English and Turkish
- Becoming familiar with the local areas and the scale of property prices
- Finding reliable builders and property owners to work with.
With these foundations in place we were able to help our customers purchase high growth investments and beautiful holiday homes. Our priorities remain the same since we began this business; to have excellent customer care and offer quality products which are the best in value for money.
We have also established Real Estate business in Alanya trading as GoldCityRealEstate.co.uk . Our management team have a combined experience of over 25 years in the tourism and leisure industry and are fluent in English,Turkish and a number of other languages. We are committed to providing the highest standards of service and we make sure that people always go home with happy memories of their time in Alanya.
Another most important member of our managment Team is Abbas Calsikan. Abbas has been an ankor in our business and has helped us and our customers, families and friends day and night and continues to develop all aspects of our business. He is the General Manager and is responisible for everything and all matters with rentals.
