 General Terms and Conditions: 
The following terms have been created with you, the customer in mind. We will do our best to offer 100% Service as we want you to have great holidays and hopefully you will return and recommend us to your family and friends.   Mumtaz 'Monty' Yousaf, MD. Thank you.
Summary of Terms:

Deposit on booking:   As indicated for the property (see note 1)
Balance to pay                50% within 12 weeks of arrival date (see 2.1)
Final payment                6 weeks before arrival date (see 2.1)
Security Deposit           As indicated for the property (100% refundable see note 3)
Airport Transfers         From £10/person by private car each way (see note 4)


PLEASE NOTE: Our prices include cleaning and laundry on your arrival based on a 1 week stay. Any additional cleaning or laundry costs must be paid by the guest. We can also offer you an optional guided tour of Alanya and the surrounding areas, so as to make you aware of the area.
1.  Book your holiday accommodation: A provisional booking may be made by telephone or email with a deposit as indicated and paid in to our account.  If the payment is not received within a reasonable time the property will be let to others.  We will confirm your booking with an email once the payment has been received.


2.1  Booking Deposit: After payment of booking deposit a further remaining balace of 50% should be paid within 12 weeks of arrival date. The final balance (50%) must be paid within 6 weeks of the rental starting date.

 

2.2 Payment for Accommodation: We can accept payments by cash or bank transfers (which would be the simplest way to pay) in GBP in our UK HSBC account and any refunds due would be paid back the same way. After receiving your money we will issue appropriate confirmation and receipts by email to you. Details of our bank account will besupplied i n our quotation with full details of your booking.


3. Refundable Security Deposits must be paid in advance with your booking depost. This deposit will be paid back to you as soon as the property has been inspected and should be refunded in your account within 7 days. 


4.  Transfers from/to Antalya Airport are available.  Transfer by a private vehicle will be avilable through an established Transfer company.  Clients are requested to add the requested amount  with security deposit to the rental costs.


5. Smoking is not permitted inside the properties. We would ask you to please use the outside terraces or balconies.


Additional information for the benefit of the Guests is shown below and we would ask all guests to please adhere to a few general safety information:


6. Swimming pools at a Resort or Villas are available for use in season (normally May to October). Opening and closing times are normally available on notice boards at the Resorts.

 

7. Do not allow unsupervised children to use the pool. Diving is not permitted as the pools are very shallow.

 

8. Do not use the pool/sea if you have had any alcohol (the insurance companies will not pay out for any medical expenses if you have an accident).

 

9. Do not run around the pool area and Do not run into the house with wet feet.

 

10. Please take care and use Common Sense when using all games and sports activities at any of our resorts.

11. All reasonable due care has been implemented and therefore, the property owners and the Agent do not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage(s) of personal effects however caused while staying in or about the property.


12. The Owners and Agent will not be liable for change caused by forced major events, i.e. war, riots, strikes, fire, flood, natural disasters, delays at airports or weather conditions or other events beyond their control.


13. Insurance: We strongly advise all clients to take out your own holiday medical insurance including 3rd part indemnity cover for all members of your party. 

 

14.1  Cancellations by us: Although every effort is made to ensure that the property is made available for you, in the unlikely event that circumstances beyond our control could cause the cancellation of any booking, the owners reserve the right to cancel the booking at any time and shall only be liable to refund the monies already paid by the guests or to make alternative arrangements of the same standards with the agreement of the guests.

 

14.2 Cancellation by you: In the event that you have to cancel your booking please inform us without delay, therefore allowing us to re-sell your week(s). Once your week(s)  is sold we would be in a better position to work out the refunds less admin costs and out of pocket charges. In any event our management decision is final and is made to satisfy You as well as  the Owner of the property.

 

15. Check Out  and Check in Times: Normal Check-Out time is 12:00 on the day of your departure and Check-In time is 15:00 of your arrival. However we will try to accommodate our guests so that they stay in longer depending on arrival times of the next guests and preparing of the property. Guests are asked to advise us of the time of your arrival for any special request.

Should you have any problems during your stay please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our utmost best to assist you and rectify anyproblem ASAP.  All contact details as per contact page will be supplied after confirmation of your booking.
