Detailed information and How to Book/Send payments for your holidays:
1. Once you have decided which property you wish to reserve please call or email and confirm and we will block your dates without delay.
2. A provisional booking may be made by telephone or email, your desired dates will be held for 7 days subject to our agreement while awaiting payment of 25% of the total cost, if the payment is not received within 7 days the property will become available again. We will confirm your booking with an email once the payment has been received
3. Further payments shall be made as follows or as may be agreed: After the holding deposit is paid, ta further payment of 50% of the total cost will be due within 12 weeks of the arrival date. The final 25% payment must be made 6 weeks before the arrival date along with the Security Deposit required. The transfer costs may also be added to the final total.
There are a number of secure ways to reserve your booking as follows:
1. Bank to Bank transfer using the Internet: This is the most simple and low cost system that we have been using over the last few years. This payment system also allows us to pay back your deposits, etc. Please see our Bank details below:
2. Pay by Cheque or Cash in to any UK branch of HSBC. Once you have made a payment please email or send Text us ASAP. If its cash payment we will be able to see the cash in our account in a short time and if it is a cheque payment then please allow 4 days before we can see the money in our account.
